Plugins

Plugins allow you to fix individual issues with a particular site. The glype proxy parser treats every page exactly the same way and contains no code that applies to only specific sites. However it may make errors when attempting to parse malformed HTML or complex javascript. A plugin allows you to fix this by targeting the issues and making appropriate adjustments to the content. Plugins may be used to tidy up cosmetic problems, fix functionality issues or simply workaround limitations of the proxy script. A more detailed explanation of plugins can be found in the documentation.

No guarantees can be given as to the suitability or reliability of any plugin. The plugin may cease to work as desired when the target site is next updated. The plugins here are unsupported - for troubleshooting please visit the plugins forum.

This plugin replaces the YouTube flash object with another .flv player that allows the videos to be downloaded through the proxy.
